Non-electrical yield loss: how contact-force damage hides in your electrical fail bins
Some of the failures sitting in your electrical fail bins never had an electrical cause. A force gradient across the contactor, planarity that has drifted a few microns, differential expansion at temperature — each shows up as scatter, false fails, or a slow yield slide that no electrical fix resolves. This article walks through how to recognize non-electrical yield loss and where to look first. (Full article to follow.)
